Part II: Abstracting & Coding I

Monica Reece, RHIT, ODS will focus on the STORE manual, and will discuss patient identification, cancer identification, accession and sequence numbers, and class of case identifiers. In addition, she will discuss assigning site-specific surgery codes, and will work through case examples illustrate the practices.
