Virtual ODS Exam Prep Workshop: Hands-On Strategies for the Open-Book Section
NCRA’s Virtual Workshop for the Open-Book Section of the ODS Exam is a rigorous training presented in three-hour sessions over two days. It is designed for candidates preparing to take the ODS exam in fall 2024. Using case studies, instructor Donna Gress, RHIT, ODS-C, will focus exclusively on the open-book portion of the ODS exam, providing a thorough review of abstracting and coding methodologies, which accounts for one-third of the tested material. Registrants are required to complete pre-workshop case scenarios. The presenation recordings will be available to registrants through November 15, 2024.

- Wednesday, September 18, 2024 (12:00 PM ET - 3:00 PM ET)
Review AJCC TNM Stage general principles, case finding, surgery codes, ICD-O, and Solid Tumor Rules application using case scenarios.
- Thursday, September 19, 2024 (12:00 PM ET - 3:00 PM ET)
Review application of AJCC TNM Stage, Summary Stage, and other staging methodologies through case scenarios.
