Informational Abstracts Quiz IV: Kidney, Pancreas, Renal Pelvis/Ureter

The NCRA Education Committee created a series of site-specific Informational Abstracts to provide registrars with an outline to follow when determining what text to include in an abstract. To help registrars assess their understanding of this critical registry skill and to offer Continuing Education (CE) credits, the committee prepared quizzes. Each quiz focuses on two to three abstracts and contains 34 true/false questions. This quiz will focus on the kidney, pancreas, and renal pelvis/ureter. One must receive a score of 70% or better on the quiz in order to receive CEs. Each quiz is worth one CE. Updated September 2022

 Learning Objectives:

• Gain clarification on what information is important to include in the text of an abstract for each site.
• Develop skills to demonstrate what text in the abstract will help registrars when staging a case.
• Gain knowledge of the specialized resources available to help registrars find diagnostic, coding, and treatment information for each site.
