Abstracting and Coding: Grade and Schema Guidelines (2025)
A new way of defining schemas was established in 2018. These Schema IDs are used to map to SSDIs, Grade, and several other data items. The presenters will provide an overview of this process, and review how to assign Grade when addressing problematic sites. They will also illustrate the process when applied to sites, such as breast, bladder, sarcomas, and neuroendocrine tumors.
